That's what an hour of hard core activity will do to a 3 1/2 year old;)
Everlee is learning SOOOOOO much at Koach, and absolutely loves learning new tricks, moves, and exercises each week. While it is so much more strict then what she is accustom to, the discipline, and structure is great for her. I am excited to see where this sport takes her, and hope that this is something Evs continues to enjoy.
