Anniversary/Christmas celebration

Our busy holiday season continued by having a slumber party at gma coco and poppa Rudys for two nights. With the weather being windy and snowy, we didn't want to miss out on any festivities. Of course Evs was delighted to have a sleep over with her fam.

Such a fun time with family, and happy 1st anniversary gma and poppa!! Glad we got to spend such a momentous day with you!! We all love you both so much, thank you for every selfless thing you do for our families!!

Kodak moments( ok I phone moments)

Gma Jan requested we all wear white for Christmas and family pics at their house, and believe it or not, we had some fun taking pics with all of these kiddos. 

Evs was refusing to join in on the kids pics. 

But willingly jumped into Jess and Ashley's family pic. This girl is so head strong, and does what she wants;)

Trying to wind down after a crazy fun  night. We love being able to get together with all of our families, and catch up, laugh, watch the kids play, and not have to travel far;) glad gpa and gma have a bigger place for us all to gather at, and look forward to the next huge gathering!

Christmas celebration

Christmas night was a fun laid back kind of night, filled with nonstop talking, good eats, and once again many laughs. It was great being able to see family members from both sides, and share the holiday with them.

My Christmas gift from the hubs. He jokes around we should have a third, and I always say"I'm done, or this is my last one." Unique and perfect gift as always!

Love that we got these family pics, and missed the smiths at the gathering, but know they were creating wonderful lifelong memories as well!!

Christmas morning

Right now I don't know if there is a better feeling then seeing your child wake up on Christmas morning. To see her groggy eyes light up with excitement, when she sees the stash Santa left for her, is magical. Then the three of us spending time together as a family, feeds the heart and soul! I love this day!!

Christmas eve night

Thank you so much to the Smith family for having us all over, for the yummy food, the laughs, the gifts, and the holiday cheer. We had so much fun, and the kids were so busy, I barely had an opportunity to capture a still moment. 

This is how Evs fell asleep that night, with her magi clip princess by her side;)

Then Santa began to work his magic. I love this part of Christmas Eve! Santa visiting, and stocking stuffers, were always my favorite part of Christmas when I was a kid.
