Whatever occupies a very active and curious toddler for more than 15 minutes, so that mom can get ready for work. I call this 15 minutes distraction a win;) 

She's back, and so happy

Gymnastics, cheer, ballet, soccer, and hip hop, and we are back to Everlee's favorite. Love that she's so excited to be back, and look forward to her gymnastics journey!

After class Evs says to me"mom I'm so happy to be back at gymnastics, I want to do it forever and ever!"

That made my former gymnast self overjoyed. I want everlee to do what makes HER happy, and not do what I think she should do. So, hearing those words, and having her participate in a sport I loved so much as a kid, made me super happy. Hope she has found her niche:) 

Princess Belle

Everlee got to meet her favorite princess at ankeny library! Thanks Aunt Brigett for letting us know she would be stopping by the ankeny library! Everlee was so excited, and happy that she got to Belle:)oh they anticipation, when will she be out!

I don't think we could have asked for a better weekend with one another, our girls, and the Janasko clan. This trip was epic, and we can't wait to do it again with the girls, and Janasko's. Who knows maybe next year they will have their own camper.

 Until then, we will be recovering from the swerving of pulling a camper(wow I wasn't expecting that kind of motion) and letting our wallets recoup a bit. Jellystone definetly is not roughing it kind of camping. Everything you need at your finger tips! That's my kind of glamping;) we shall see you again jellystone,  next anniversary!

We had no clue what we were getting ourselves into, when we hopped on the hayrack ride for the parade.

Thank goodness to the teenagers that helped entertain Eden when she was getting hayrack ride fever. Who knew three pairs of crocs could be entertaining.

Over an hour later , we finally were done, and this one was OVER IT.

Let the fun begin

Evs finally worked up the courage to go down this huge water slide. At the top, after five minutes of crying, and trying to coax her down, I climbed up, and went down with her in my clothes. Needless to say, she doesn't ever want to go down again. proud of her for attempting.
