Zoo with a crew

The girls and I headed to the zoo with Brigett, the Miller 3, and Ava(Miller girls cousin), and it was so fun, and soooo busy keeping a constant eye on 6 kiddos. Surprisingly, all went smoothly, and we all came home in one piece;)

More swim lessons

Everlee had a boy teacher halfway thru her sessions, and boy oh boy was she super super happy. She cozied right up to him, and wouldn't let him out of her sight.had to make sure she squeezed herself in right next to him

He can get her to do anything! Jeez, should we be concerned she is so influenced ;) whatever it takes to get her the most comfortable in water;)

Oh this one is a shy one. She finally let go of my towards the end of music class, and did a bit of playing on her own. 
Then after her class, we have a picnic dinner in the park, and rush off to meet dad and Evs at swim lessons.

Happy 5th birthday Coops

Such a fun Sunday celebration with the smith and devos family. Happy b day cooper!! We love you, and are so thankful for weekly time together, and our close cousin relationship!!! 

Ankeny farmers market

Love supporting local businesses, and supporting the ankeny farmers market. What I love even more, is attending this weekly event with my three loves!

Dance class

Evs has been taking ballet aka "twinkle toes" classes, and her favorite part of class is when they play princess music, and freestyle dance. This might be my favorite part too, because she runs over, hugs me, and starts singing. Might be a bit distracted, and loses her focus, but let's be honest, it's a parks and rec class, she's four, and I think it's completely adorable. Last class I got 6 or 7 hugs, and while it is super sweet, we did have to have a chat about being respectful to her teachers and classmates, and be a good listener ;)


Had to wear her new leotard to the store. We heard lots of beautiful ballerina compliments, and Evs was beaming:)

Evs is one of four red heads in a class of 12,  which is just crazy!! Her teacher is beautiful and reminds us of a combo of Ariel and Merida :)

Ballet shoes came off, and out came the freely moves. While she doesn't mind ballet, she's super excited for hip hop. Bit more her speed!  can't wait to see some of those moves;);)
