Happy Thanksgiving

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving hanging out at Brigett, Steve and Tyler's home in Polk city!! Lots of yummy food, laughs, and oh so interesting topics of conversation this year ;) Evs was also in heaven hangin with her cousins, and going up and down the stairs a million times. Thanks DeVos family, for hosting the two day gathering!! Your new home is full of so much love !!

Lots to be thankful for this year, we are BEYOND blessed, and pray the good fortune carries into the upcoming year!

Outside playtime

Thank goodness today was a nice enough day that Evs could go outside, have a change of scenery, and burn off some energy. A nice walk, swinging on Maci's swing, playing in rocks, and just enjoying the freedom of the outdoors, was much needed. 

Getting creative

With temps well below average for November, and  mommy not liking to take Evs out in 20 degree weather, with 30 mile an hour winds, we have been getting creative every day with arts and crafts, as well as our indoor activities. We are having so much fun, but this winter is going to be loooooong if these frigid temps continue the next 5 months. Look for some crazy, zany, and interesting activity posts down the road.

This sink soak started out as just a hand and feet bath, but quickly turned into a full body submersion, which lead to one very wet bathroom. My anxiousness about a drenched bathroom, and the wipe down that would be required, instantly disappeared when I saw Everlee's joyous face beaming with excitement :) such a fun morning!!
